Lavender Shortbread

The fields are alive with the smell of lavender and we can’t get enough of it! That’s why we’ve baked up another lovely lavender recipe for you today. It’s vegan friendly, super easy and o’ so tasty!

Lavender Shortbread

What You Need

140g Margarine

70g Caster Sugar

200g Plain Flour

180g Dark Lavender Goupie

Lavender Shortbread and Tea

What You Do

Cream together the margarine and sugar.

Chop the Goupie into small chunks and combine all the ingredients together to form a dough.

Roll out on a floured surface until about 1cm thick, then cut into fingers.

Place fingers on a baking tray and prick with a fork.

Bake for 15 mins at 190 oC. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with caster sugar and you’re done!
